1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing superiorvents.com (the “Site”) or requesting service from Superior Vents (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Our services & estimates

We provide residential air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and chimney cleaning. Information on this Site is general in nature. Any prices, estimates, or quotes presented on the Site or before a written agreement are informational and non-binding; final scope and pricing for any job are confirmed after an on-site inspection and provided to you before work begins. Availability and scheduling may vary.

3. Website forms are not for emergencies

Website forms are a convenient way to request service or share details, but they are not guaranteed to be reviewed instantly. For an urgent safety issue, call (352) 449-2589 for the fastest available response.

4. Website information is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation

Articles, FAQs, and service descriptions on this Site are general information only. They are not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a qualified technician and do not create a service agreement, warranty, or final quote.

5. Payment & card data

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are agreed in advance. Public website forms are not payment forms — please do not submit credit card numbers, bank information, or payment credentials through them.

6. Intellectual property & acceptable use

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, imagery, and the Superior Vents name — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. 7. User submissions & third-party services

8. Automated tools

This Site does not currently operate an automated chatbot or AI assistant that collects your information. If we add one in the future, it will identify itself as an AI assistant before you interact with it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superior Vents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

12. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. US state privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding your personal information, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and residents of other US states may have similar rights. 14. Client & legal review

These terms are prepared for website go-live readiness. Before publication as final legal terms, they must be reviewed by Superior Vents and legal counsel, and the registered legal entity name confirmed. Any dispute-resolution position (such as binding arbitration or a class-action waiver) is a business/legal decision for the client and is intentionally not asserted in this draft.

15. Changes, severability & entire agreement

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with any signed service agreement and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.
